About the Role - As a fast-growing company, we're looking for a Sales & Customer Growth Team Lead to drive commercial success and customer engagement. You'll play a dual role—leading the team while actively engaging in sales and strategic growth initiatives. You'll coach and develop your team while also taking ownership of larger, high-value deals and key customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both leadership and hands-on execution.

What you'll do:

  1. Lead & develop the team: Manage and coach the Sales & Customer Growth team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  2. Drive key strategic deals: Personally lead complex, high-value sales efforts with enterprise and large commercial customers.
  3. Expand revenue & customer success: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our customer base, drive renewals, and increase adoption.
  4. Find & develop new partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic collaborations with industry partners, technology providers, and other key stakeholders to expand Virto Solar's reach and impact.
  5. Optimize sales & onboarding processes: Improve lead qualification, deal execution, and onboarding experiences to maximize customer success.
  6. Utilize HubSpot CRM for sales growth: Ensure effective tracking of leads, pipeline management, automation, and reporting to optimize sales performance.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Marketing to refine messaging, with Product to address customer needs, and with leadership on growth strategy.
  8. Leverage data & insights: Use analytics to track performance, identify trends, and refine commercial efforts.

What we're looking for:

  1. 5+ years of experience in sales and business development with a good understanding of customer success in B2B SaaS is a must.
  2. Experience managing and mentoring a sales or customer success team.
  3. Strong track record in closing complex, high-value deals and building long-term customer relationships.
  4. Experience identifying and developing strategic partnerships.
  5. Good knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including pipeline management, automation, and reporting.
  6. Consultative sales mindset with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management.
  7. Analytical and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  8. Passion for solar energy and software-driven solutions is a plus.
