•Vous aurez notamment à charge, l’établissement de rapports en matière de conformité et en matière d’évaluation de risque pour les clients de la structure.
•Vous soutenez le travail de l’équipe Compliance par le lancement de procédures adaptées et l’établissement d’outils de diagnostic appropriés.
•La veille juridique fait également partie de vos responsabilités.
•Vous aurez également le rôle de mentor pour les membres moins expérimentés de l’équipe. Profil et parcours | Compliance Officer – PSF – Regulatory – Compliance •Vous possédez au minimum 3 ans d’expérience en tant que Compliance Officer au Luxembourg (idéalement dans un PSF, une société d’investissement ou une fiduciaire).
•Vous maîtrisez couramment l’anglais. Toutes autres langues sont considérées comme un avantage.
•Vous avez idéalement obtenu un diplôme en Droit ou en Finance, et avez dans tous les cas suivi des formations internes et/ou externes ces dernières années.
•Vous possédez une bonne vue d’ensemble sur le paysage locale des véhicules d’investissement. Aussi, votre capacité analytique vous rend apte à traiter des situations délicates si elles subviennent.
