Vast contract / Consultancy – regio Puurs #ProjectEngineering #AlarmManagement #GMP #ProcessImprovement Het correct en tijdig reageren op kritische alarmen van productie-equipment is essentieel binnen een farmaceutische omgeving. Momenteel loopt er een site-breed project waarbij alarmacties over gelijkaardig equipment en verschillende afdelingen heen worden geharmoniseerd en gedocumenteerd. Voor dit project zoeken we een Project Engineer die structuur brengt, ownership neemt en graag samenwerkt met diverse stakeholders binnen een sterk gereguleerde omgeving. In deze rol werk je projectmatig aan het in kaart brengen, uniformiseren en documenteren van alarmacties binnen een farmaceutische productieomgeving. Je combineert analytisch werk met stakeholdermanagement en zorgt ervoor dat processen zowel compliant als efficiënt worden ingericht. Je analyseert bestaande alarmacties op productie-equipment en brengt deze gestructureerd in kaart. Je werkt mee aan het harmoniseren en standaardiseren van alarmacties over verschillende afdelingen heen. Je volgt het project op volgens een duidelijke milestone planning en houdt meerdere acties gelijktijdig onder controle. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond het project en communiceert actief met betrokken afdelingen. Je bouwt een intern netwerk van contactpersonen uit om het project succesvol te realiseren. Je documenteert processen en beslissingen conform geldende GMP- en kwaliteitsvereisten. Je beschikt over een masterdiploma als bio-ingenieur, burgerlijk ingenieur, industrieel ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt een sterke interesse in projectmatig werk en voelt je comfortabel in een rol waarin je structuur brengt en overzicht bewaart. Je werkt georganiseerd en accuraat, communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en weet een goede balans te vinden tussen compliance en operationele efficiëntie. Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels vloeiend en werkt vlot met Microsoft Office. Kennis van productieprocessen en equipment, computersystemen of ervaring binnen een GMP-omgeving is een plus, maar geen must. Je komt terecht in een goed gestructureerde farmaceutische omgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en procesbeheersing centraal staan.
