Are you passionate about solving complex challenges, working with data and digital tools, and helping clients succeed? This isn't your typical customer service role. You'll dive deep into questions, provide real solutions, and play a key role in building long-term client relationships. Your ambition and potential will be recognized, and there are real opportunities to grow within the company. What you'll do: Be the go-to contact for customers, partner offices, and internal teams. Handle a variety of inquiries via email and phone, focusing on understanding the real needs behind each question. Provide clear, solution-oriented support instead of scripted responses. Take ownership of your cases and maintain detailed records in Salesforce. Monitor SLAs and proactively keep clients informed of progress. Support internal workflows, from order processing to delivery, sales support, and revenue tracking. Help improve processes, create accounts, and share documentation. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and ensure their success. What we're looking for: Proven experience in customer service (B2B or non-B2C environments preferred). Fluent in Dutch, English, and French (B2+). Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft 365, digital tools, and interfaces. Strong communicator: clear, friendly, and empathetic. Analytical mindset and ability to understand complex situations. Calm under pressure, proactive, and solution-oriented. Available for a fixed schedule (start at 8:30 or finish at 17:00) and 2 office days/week. Motivated to grow, take on new challenges, and make an impact.
