As a Customer Care Officer, you help our customers protect what is important to them. This by smoothly - and qualitatively - managing their life and death insurance contracts. The different products bring with them a range of interesting work.
**Beschrijving**
- As the first point of contact for our customers and bank branch employees, you answer various questions related to insurance contracts.
- You follow up the management of customer files; completing files, making payments, adjustments, handling listings, etc..
- You will thoroughly analyze the questions asked, you will look for the best solution for your customer. Making analyses and working in a solution-oriented way are your nature.
- You work together as a team, but also with the other departments of Customer Care, Product, IT,....
- You think along about the functioning of your team, the actions that you perform daily, this with fo-cus on improvement initiatives.
- Openness in the team is important; sharing knowledge with each other, as well as openness to give and receive feedback.
**Profile**
- You have experience in the life insurance sector, in a similar position.
- It is a plus if you have these necessary certificates: (PCP) in the context of persons in contact with the public. Otherwise, you will certainly receive this training internally.
- You have a strong communicative attitude, you put the customer first. You dare to be sufficiently assertive.
- You attach great importance to organization and structure for your own tasks.
- You use Dutch and French on a daily basis in your communication with clients. Knowledge of En-gels is a plus.
- Computer literacy and fluency in MS Office are a must.
- You like to take ownership. You are precise in your work, you take responsibilities. And you can easily process information, both to documentation and to new legislation.
