As an Application Support & Analyst, you will be part of a dedicated team consisting of a Functional Analyst, a Digital Delivery Manager, and a Data Engineer. Your responsibilities will include Engaging in various projects focused on analytics and testing new solutions, both in system development and reporting. Providing user support for our applications through an internal ticketing system, assisting both operational teams and external clients with campaign configuration and display. Monitoring advertising campaigns on a daily basis and addressing any issues raised by advertisers. Contributing to the improvement and optimization of processes related to tool usage and system configuration. Acting as the main contact for suppliers and managing requested changes, including interface testing. Reporting directly to the Head of Ecosystems & Reporting. Your profile We are looking for candidates who possess: A bachelor's or master's degree with initial experience in system/tool management. Fluency in French or Dutch, with good knowledge of English. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. A collaborative mindset, focused on results and solutions, demonstrating empathy and helpfulness to achieve our objectives.
