Functional Analyst

Dans le cadre de la définition des besoins, vous endossez le rôle d'interface entre les keys users et les différents responsables. Vous réalisez les analyses détaillées des processus et définissez les processus business que vous modélisez ensuite en fonctionnalités.
Vous veillez, en outre, au suivi et au support fonctionnel du processus de développement. Selon les projets, les applications sont développées dans un environnement SCRUM ou RUP.
Vous opérez le suivi de l'implémentation et de la livraison du projet. Enfin, vous apportez votre assistance lors de la rédaction des manuels d'utilisation et la formation des utilisateurs. Profil Titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire (Master en informatique, ingénieur civil en informatique, ingénieur commercial).
Vous maîtrisez les méthodes d'analyse (UML…) et les processus de développement (RUP, Scrum...) et possédez un bagage technique diversifié (gestion de données, techniques de programmation, technologies Internet...).
Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et êtes efficace dans la réalisation autonome de projets. Vous êtes responsable, flexible et avez le sens de l'initiative. Votre sens de l'analyse et de la synthèse vous permet de fournir un travail de qualité tout en accordant une priorité au respect des délais.
Enfin, vous vous exprimez aisément en néerlandais.
