Our client, a PSF located in Belair, Luxembourg, is looking for a Compliance & Corporate Officer to join a team of five . This company, specializing in fund administration and distribution, is a branch of a distribution company based in London and has been present in Luxembourg since 2019 . If you want to join a young and growing structure, this opportunity is for you Compliance & Corporate Officer, your role will include:
  • Writing AML reports, handling complaints, and creating comprehensive AML and KYC compliance reports while executing the compliance control plan.
  • Overseeing numerous outsourced activities and coordinating with all branches.
  • Providing in-depth understanding of the MIFID directive , monitoring plans , risk management , Dora, and GDPR.
  • Participating in marketing presentations and fund registration .
  • Reviewing legal documentation in compliance with local legislation and checking internal policies and controls.
  • Working independently and traveling regularly to visit branches in other European countries like Milan, Stockholm, or London .
To succeed in this role, you need to:
  • Be versatile and pragmatic , with good analytical skills and curiosity, constantly seeking to stay informed.
  • Have approximately 4 years of experience in Luxembourg in a similar field.
  • Be proficient in English and French , both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and compliance task management abilities.
  • Be capable of working independently while ensuring coordination with the team and international branches.
