Senior Real Estate Developer About Next Day Next Day Sustainable Holdings (NDSH) is an investor and developer committed to building smart, sustainable, and connected homes to reduce the carbon footprint of the real estate sector and achieve a net-zero future. The Next Day Concept & Design (NDCD) department serves as the company's in-house design and conception studio, integrating a strong digital component (BIM, 3D, Digital Twin) to design and manage innovative residential projects. Key Responsibilities As Senior Real Estate Developer, you are responsible for the design, development, and delivery of residential projects. You oversee every stage — from land acquisition to final delivery — including design, financing, and construction, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, cost control, quality, and timelines. You will be in charge of sourcing, developing, and coordinating several real estate projects for the company. You will also lead the environmental, ecological, energy, and commercial aspects of each project, including: Acquisition of land or property rights Project conceptualization Administrative procedures to obtain permits (urban planning, socio-economic, or combined permits) Marketing or leasing of completed spaces, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners Liaison with relevant authorities Market Studies and Prospecting Analyze residential market trends Identify new development opportunities Prospect and negotiate the acquisition of land or buildings for redevelopment Project Design and Planning Supervise project design in collaboration with architects, engineers, and other professionals Define the project scope and specifications, taking into account client expectations and regulatory constraints Prepare technical and administrative documentation required for permits Financial and Budget Management Develop budget forecasts and coordinate financing with partners Ensure project profitability and strict cost control Construction Supervision (in collaboration with the Technical Department) Plan and coordinate activities with project managers and contractors Monitor project progress regarding deadlines, costs, and quality standards Manage relationships with stakeholders (consulting firms, public authorities, etc.) Marketing and Delivery Develop and implement the marketing strategy Oversee sales activities and maintain client relationships with leasing/sales managers Supervise project handovers and ensure client satisfaction Regulatory Monitoring and Innovation Stay informed about technical and regulatory developments Integrate innovative and sustainable practices into all projects Profile Sought Degree in Architecture and / or MBA, Master in Finance 7 à 10 years of proven experience in residential architecture, ideally with an international and innovative dimension. Expertise in the use and management of digital platforms (BIM, Revit, 3D, Digital Twin). Experience primarily in Wallonia and the Brussels-Capital Region. Proven ability to interface with providers of digital technology, green energy, and decarbonization solutions. Excellent communication skills, inspiring leadership, and solution-oriented mindset.
