We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer, Belgium to support our customers, installers, and partners across the BNL markets .

As a Technical Support Engineer , you will act as the primary technical contact for SolaX’s Belgium and NL customer base, providing advanced support for solar inverters and energy storage systems. You will be responsible for remote diagnostics, installation support, issue resolution, and technical training. Fluency in French and English is required, and knowledge of local industry standards is a strong advantage.

Customer Support
Provide professional technical support to customers, installers, and partners via phone, email, and remote access tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues with solar inverters and battery systems.
Review solar and battery system designs to ensure compatibility with SolaX products.
Assist with remote commissioning and configuration of installed systems.
Collaborate with internal engineering and R&D teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Training & Documentation
Conduct technical training sessions for installers and distribution partners.
Identify trends in technical issues and suggest improvements to products or support processes.

Fluent in French and English, Dutch will be a plus .
Technical experience with solar inverters , PV systems , and/or battery energy storage systems .
Previous experience in technical support, field service, or technical engineering roles.
Familiarity with solar monitoring platforms, remote diagnostic tools, and communication protocols.
Understanding of BNL electrical codes , solar standards , and grid connection rules .
Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering , Renewable Energy , or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service.
Adaptable, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a global team.
