Responsibilities Create detailed technical designs based on project specifications. Develop new code using required languages and tools such as Python, following enterprise standards and quality guidelines. Estimate development workloads and contribute to planning. Prepare installation packages for production, including integration and assembly testing. Support test teams during execution, including debugging and issue resolution. Document all development activities, including design, code, unit tests, and code reviews. Contribute to Agile team activities, support cross-functional tasks, and collaborate to achieve sprint goals. Skills Technical Skills Strong mastery of programming languages, development techniques, and coding standards. Practical experience with Python, Access Database, SQL, and data structuring. Ability to perform technical analysis and work effectively in Agile (MVP-focused) environments. Soft Skills Team player with a strong collaboration mindset. Accurate, rigorous, and methodical in delivery. Positive attitude, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
