Finc is één van de grootste onafhankelijke vastgoedschatters van België en voornamelijk actief in de bank- en verzekeringssector. Met onze teams duiken we de wondere wereld in van artificiële intelligentie en transformeren we onze huidige organisatie naar een future proof dienstverleningsbedrijf. Onze Customer Service-afdeling groeit daarin mee: we zetten steeds meer in op dossierbeheer, inhoudelijke opvolging en slimme processen. Daarom zoeken we collega's die niet alleen onze klanten ondersteunen, maar ook samen met ons de bouwstenen leggen voor de customer service van morgen. Waar kom je terecht? o Je komt terecht in een hecht en toegankelijk team binnen een vlakke structuur. Samenwerking en collegialiteit staan centraal. o Na je opleidingstraject werk je zowel van thuis uit als van op kantoor, dat zich in Brussel bevindt naast het Centraal station. Jouw rol? Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je de schakel tussen particulieren/klanten, banken en onze interne collega's/experten. Je behoudt een goed overzicht op de werking van een dossier en je staat onze klanten bij om een correcte en tijdige oplevering van elke waardering te verzekeren. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: o Klantencontact via telefoon en mail (banken, kredietnemers, interne experten). o Planning beheer van onze experten. o Dossierbeheer: opvolging, correct registreren en aanvullen van gegevens, probleemoplossend werken bij onvolledige of complexe dossiers. In een eerste opleidingsperiode is het de bedoeling te focussen op de bestaande processen, en vooral een uitvoerende rol op te nemen. Daarna is er de kans om in volgende richting te evolueren: o Meewerken aan procesoptimalisaties en verbeteringen binnen het team. o Op termijn: doorgroeien naar meer inhoudelijke taken met meer verantwoordelijkheid in Dossier-, product- en planningsanalyse en interne coördinatie. Wat mag je verwachten? o Een opleiding die start vanaf jouw eerste dag om de complexiteit van de sector onder de knie te krijgen. o Een uitdagende functie met variatie tussen klantencontact en dossierbeheer. o Je werkt in een betrokken en toegankelijke omgeving waarin teamwork en een positieve sfeer belangrijk zijn. o Wij bieden een competitief loonpakket, aangevuld met extra voordelen. Jij brengt mee: Je bent een Customer Service Medewerker die analytisch inzicht combineert met klantgerichtheid. Jouw profiel: Je beschikt over minstens een bachelordiploma Interesse in onze sector en je bent bereid om je erin te investeren. Je bent empathisch, oplossingsgericht en voelt je comfortabel bij dagelijks klantencontact (calls en mails). Je werkt zorgvuldig en gestructureerd en bezit over een analytisch vermogen. Je werkt graag in team en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid op. Je bent tweetalig of je hebt een goede kennis van je 2e taal (Nederlands – Frans), kennis van Engels en Duits is een troef.
