Le rôle principal du Customer Service Agent est de renforcer l’équipe existante afin de garantir un service de qualité et une satisfaction optimale pour nos clients.

Traitement des e-mails entrants dans la boîte de réception commune.
Répondre aux questions et résoudre les problèmes des clients concernant les pièces détachées et le transport.
Bilingue FR / NL obligatoire .
Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).

Tweetalig FR / NL verplicht .
Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office-tools (Outlook, Excel, enz.).
