**Helpdesk Support Agent**
**Job description**:
- Document, track, and follow up on client requests in the system.
- Provide accurate administrative management for client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members while being able to work independently.
- Ensure efficient problem resolution and excellent service quality.
- **_Work environment:_** Helpdesk team, collaborating closely with colleagues and supporting clients directly.
- Work schedule: Day Work
- **Remote work**: hybrid after training
- **_Expected deliverables:_** Resolved client requests, accurate documentation, administrative records, and high client satisfaction.
**Required profile**:
You have experience in administrative support, helpdesk, or customer service, preferably in a trilingual environment (FR/NL/ENG).
You are passionate about client support and have hands-on experience handling client requests in IT or customer service roles.
In order to carry out this assignment successfully, you must be proficient in:
- **Methodologies**: Standard client support procedures, first-line incident management.
- **Business knowledge**: Client service and administrative processes.
**Are you**:
- Bilingual in French and Dutch; English is a plus.
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Flexible, autonomous, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team.

**The recruitment process at Consort Group**:
- An initial phone call with one of our recruitment officers
- An HR interview with the recruitment officer you first spoke to and a business engineer to discuss the role, the team structure and their day-to-day work, and internal projects in more detail
- A meeting with one of our technical ambassadors may be offered, or you may be asked to take a technical test
- And finally, a final meeting with the Consort operations manager and/or the manager responsible for the role
