- Assurer/surveiller la comptabilité générale et les affaires fiscales en coopération avec un cabinet comptable.
- Établir des comptes annuels et semestriels.
- Préparer les rapports financiers internes et externes, ainsi que les comptes semestriels et annuels sous LuxGaap conformément aux lois
- Gérer les revues et les rapports, y compris toute correspondance avec la CSSF.
- Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs, les banques, les vérificateurs et les fournisseurs de services.
- Gérer les relations avec les investisseurs concernant les appels de fonds.
- Accompagner dans la préparation des communications aux organes exécutifs de la Société.
- Fournir un soutien administratif et financier à l'équipe d'investissement.
- Gestion et suivi de la comptabilité, proposer des ajustements si nécessaire.
- Bachelor ou Master en Finance, Comptabilité ou Audit.
- Minimum 6 à 7 ans d'expérience en tant que manager comptable.
- Expérience probante en Big4, 5 ou grand provider avec un background obligatoire dans les fonds d'investissements (alternatifs).
- Excellente maîtrise du français, de l'allemand et de l'anglais.
- Capacité à travailler dans une petite structure humaine et polyvalente.
- Organisation et capacité d'adaptation.
