The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.You will join the Fund Accounting - Lux Funds team .Your roleThe Senior Funds Controller produce NAVs and carry-out a second-level analysis of NAV exceptions. Here are his key responsabilities:
  • Process and review NAV calculation of in-house and third-party funds in accordance with the production planning and in compliance with established processes and procedures. Resolve escalated issues, provide information and support to Funds ;
  • Investigate and address NAV ;
  • Review and approve FX hedging instructions.
  • Contribute to all tasks relating to the lifecycle of funds.
  • Address client requests (inside and outside the Group) to guarantee a quality service.
  • Ensure procedures are followed and contribute to their improvement.
  • Liaise efficiently with management and clients in accordance with escalation and communication protocols.
  • Take a critical view of existing process and participate to the development of the Accounting Department with a view of optimization and risk mitigation.
  • Participate in various projects and pro-actively support development of automation.
  • Train of junior staff members.
  • Work on 2 shifts : classic and late shift (12:00 pm - 9:00 pm CET).
Your profileEducation:
  • Licence or graduate in Economics, Accounting or Finance
Requested experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Fund Accounting.
Technical skills:
  • Experience in NAV calculations and NAV production
  • Strong experience and knowledge of UCITS and UCIs Funds.
  • In-depth understanding of Fund Administration and the relationships with the different stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of financial products and their valuation
  • Knowledge of foreign currency hedging and asset pooling techniques a plus.
  • Knowledge of Multifonds accounting software an asset.
  • Good command of the Microsoft office application.
