Operations Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. This is an office-based administrative position that plays a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our internal administrative, financial, and quality assurance processes.
This role is available for either a full-time or part-time arrangement.
Financial Administration and Quality & Compliance.
Financial Administration
Be responsible for generating and sending out customer invoices, ensuring accurate invoicing and meticulous follow-up (using tools like SAP and Netsuite).
Review and process incoming invoices from operational subcontractors and various suppliers.
Provide essential administrative support with financial tasks, including managing expense reports and assisting with basic forecasting or budget processes.
Quality & Compliance
Be a core part of the team that designs, maintains, and ensures adherence to clear internal operational guidelines.
Assist with the preparation, execution, and renewal processes for quality and safety certifications such as ISO 9001, VCA, or other relevant standards.
You demonstrate excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
Experience with ERP systems (like SAP or Netsuite) is a strong plus.
