Als Technisch Trainer zorg je voor kwalitatieve opleidingen met als doel de vakkennis van autotechnici en toekomstige autotechnici op peil te brengen/houden. Zo geef jij je kennis door:
Voor je in de lesruimte gaat staan, neem je het technisch lesmateriaal door, schaaf je bij waar nodig en zet je de voertuigen/onderdelen klaar. Je houdt de deelnemers geboeid door verschillende leertechnieken af te wisselen. Een automechanicalover zoals jij is altijd geïnteresseerd in de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en zorgt ervoor dat zijn/haar cursus mee is met de tijd.
Je krijgt veel autonomie maar wordt goed ondersteund als je dat wenst en hebt inspraak in de planning. Je werkt meestal met kleine groepen en legt contacten met alleen maar prettig gepassioneerde automotive mannen (en vrouwen) in de sector. Zijn techniek en opleiding je ding?
Omdat je leergierig bent, sta je altijd open voor nieuwe technieken, zowel op autotechnisch als op didactisch vlak.
Een Bachelor Automotive of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans is een plus.
Een vlotte babbel, ervaring met lesgeven is een troef
