Your Mission
We’re looking for an Events & Development Intern to support the launch of a new business & conference hub: Respace Airport. You’ll be working hands-on with our events development team to help bring this ambitious project to life.
You’ll be based in Brussels, working from two locations: EU Quarter and Schaerbeek.
What You’ll Do
Support the event development team in preparing for the launch
Assist in the planning and coordination of events related to the Respace Airport launch
Contribute to the creation of event concepts, timelines, and execution plans
Help coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams
Participate in on-site setup and operations when needed
Bring ideas, energy, and creativity to help shape an unforgettable launch
Who You Are
A student in management, events, communication, marketing, or a related field
Passionate about events, hospitality, and community building
Well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks
A team player who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments
Comfortable working in both French and English
Based in Brussels, with easy access to our spaces in the EU Quarter and in Schaerbeek
Available to start as soon as possible
