Dit is jouw topjob Als Business Analyst speel je een sleutelrol in de interne implementatie van oplossingen uit de sectorale werkgroepen (Portima, Télébib2, Sector Catalog, BMS, ), waarin elke verzekeringsmaatschappij is vertegenwoordigd. Je analyseert de beslissingen die binnen deze groepen zijn genomen, je identificeert de impact op onze organisatie en je werkt samen met interne teams om deze beslissingen om te zetten in concrete, effectieve oplossingen die zijn afgestemd op onze prioriteiten. Je functie Je volgt de ontwikkelingen in de sector actief op (Portima-ontwikkelingen, Télébib2-standaarden, updates van de sectorcatalogus) en je analyseert de impact op onze bedrijfsprocessen en -tools. Je stelt de businessvereisten op en werkt samen met de IT-teams. Je neemt actief deel aan het testen van oplossingen die zijn ontwikkeld op basis van de businessvereisten in omgevingen die vergelijkbaar zijn met de omgevingen die worden gebruikt door onze distributiepartners. Zo zorg je ervoor dat ze goed functioneren en voldoen aan de sectornormen. Je zorgt voor effectieve coördinatie en communicatie met interne teams: sommige kwesties die door de sectorale werkgroepen worden behandeld, vereisen de betrokkenheid van expertteams (Claims Non-Life, Product Non-Life, Life, ). Hun bijdrage is essentieel voor het definiëren van oplossingen en de coherente integratie ervan in onze processen. Je coördineert projecten van begin tot eind en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines, budgetten en kwaliteit worden gerespecteerd. Je faciliteert vergaderingen en workshops in het Frans, Nederlands en eventueel Engels. Herken je jezelf hierin? Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als Business Analyst, idealiter in de verzekeringssector. Je bent kritisch ingesteld, hebt oog voor detail en legt vlot verbanden tussen verschillende concepten. Je kan goed plannen en je kan autonoom en gestructureerd werken. Je valt op door je communicatie- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden. Je past je snel aan en je begrijpt snel nieuwe materie. Ben je vertrouwd met tools zoals Télébib2, BMS, sectorcatalogus enz. en begrijp je hun rol in het ecosysteem van de makelaars? Dan heb je een streepje voor.
