The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle at Cronos Europa, covering both client-facing and internal roles. The position involves recruiting across various contract types and internal employment contracts. Recruitment and talent sourcing
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various types of contracts (T&M, QTM, FP) and internal staffing needs.
Source and attract qualified candidates through databases, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
Review and screen candidate applications and resumes based on client and project-specific requirements.
Map the candidate’s skills, experience, and educational background to the specific requirements of the applicable framework contracts, ensuring eligibility and compliance.
Provide regular updates and recommendations to hiring stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment administration
Adapt and format candidate CVs according to the specific requirements and templates of the relevant framework contract (FWC).
Ensure the candidate’s documentation and data meet eligibility and audit requirements for the applicable FWC.
Contracting coordination
Coordinate with the Administrative and HR team to ensure all contractual documentation is prepared, validated, and signed before the consultant’s starting date.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Understanding of the social legislation
