Jouw functie – Servicetechnicus Medische Apparatuur Regio: Oost- en West-Vlaanderen Als servicetechnicus ben je verantwoordelijk voor herstellingen en preventief onderhoud van Dräger-apparatuur binnen ziekenhuizen in jouw regio. Je werkt met hoogtechnologische medische toestellen zoals: Anesthesietoestellen Beademingstoestellen Couveuses Patiëntbewakingsmonitoren Operatielampen en pendels Deze apparatuur wordt voornamelijk ingezet in operatiekwartieren en intensive care units. Je geniet van een grote mate van autonomie: je stelt je eigen planning op in overleg met de klant. Dankzij jouw heldere en transparante communicatie ben jij het technische aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je informeert hen over onderdelen, gebruiksrichtlijnen en beantwoordt vragen van zowel technisch als medisch personeel. Daarnaast: Zorg je voor een correcte administratieve opvolging Beheer je je eigen materiaal- en onderdelenvoorraad Werk je meestal zelfstandig, maar kan je steeds rekenen op de ondersteuning van een ervaren serviceteam Werk je nauw samen met Sales en Marketing om mee de toekomst van het bedrijf vorm te geven Rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Service Manager Bij voorkeur woon je centraal, zodat beide regio's vlot bereikbaar zijn.
