Are you ready to make a real impact in healthcare? As an Account Manager Surgery , you combine commercial drive with a passion for patient care. You work closely with hospital professionals across East and West Flanders, promoting innovative surgical solutions in hernia repair and plastic and reconstructive breast surgery.

You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.
Achieve ambitious sales targets within East and West Flanders
Build strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, nurses, and procurement departments
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
Conduct price and contract negotiations with hospital stakeholders
Represent the company at national and international congresses and events
Report sales activities, pipeline, and results accurately via Salesforce
Bachelor level of thinking and working
~3 to 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices
~ Excellent command of Dutch and good knowledge of English; French is a plus
~ Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
