Team Leiderschap & Ontwikkeling: je leidt, coacht en ontwikkelt de Business Product Managers en creëert een omgeving van samenwerking, innovatie en continue verbetering. Overkoepelende Productstrategie: je definieert en communiceert de strategische visie en richting voor Acerta's payroll- en HR-adminoplossingen (als kader voor de strategieën van de Business Product Managers), rekening houdend met markttrends, klantbehoeften, concurrentie, technologie en bedrijfsstrategie. Portfolio Management: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het overkoepelend portfolio management (productmix, investeringen, budget, performance), in nauwe samenwerking met de Business Product Managers. Prioritering: je bepaalt de overkoepelende prioriteiten voor productontwikkeling (op basis van marktkansen, klantfeedback, strategische doelen, business cases) en stemt deze af met de Business Product Managers. Marktintroductie: je overziet de marktintroducties en werkt samen met de Business Product Managers en cross-functionele teams aan een succesvolle go-to-market. Je bewaakt de algehele go-to-market performance. Product Performance Monitoring: je monitort de prestaties van het portfolio en neemt strategische maatregelen om problemen aan te pakken, klanttevredenheid te verbeteren en bedrijfsdoelen te behalen. Strategische Relaties: je bouwt en onderhoudt relaties met klanten, partners, leveranciers en andere stakeholders. Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring . 5-10 jaar ervaring in productmanagement (bij voorkeur payroll/HR) Aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden van productteams en succesvolle productlanceringen. Concrete ervaring in het detecteren en verwerken van klantbehoeften, markt- en concurrentiële inzichten . Sterke analytische vaardigheden en data-gedreven besluitvorming . Resultaatgericht met focus op klanttevredenheid en bedrijfsresultaten. Uitstekende communicatie-, samenwerkings-, be nvloedings- en leiderschapsvaardigheden . Hier ben jij onze grootste troef. Je krijgt de ruimte om op jouw unieke manier je stempel te drukken in hr. En dat in een team waar iedereen er 100% samen voor gaat. Uiteraard kan je op heel wat meer rekenen: Dankzij gerichte opleidingen kan je groeien in je job en investeren we samen in je professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je krijgt een contract van onbepaalde duur (37,5u) met flexibele werkuren en 40 betaalde verlof- en feestdagen (waarvan 29 vrij te kiezen). Een gsm, met gsm-abonnement en een bedrijfswagen met laadpas behoren ook tot jouw pakket. Je ontvangt een netto thuiswerkvergoeding van 122,88 €/maand en een forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding van 145€/maand. Daarnaast krijg je maaltijdcheques van €8/dag, ecocheques van €205 en cadeaucheques van €40 op jaarbasis. We bieden jou een uitgebreid verzekeringspakket: een hospitalisatieverzekering (uitbreidbaar naar gezinsleden) en een groepsverzekering (pensioenspaarplan, overlijdensdekking en verzekering gewaarborgd inkomen bij langdurige ziekte). Via ons cafetariaplan stel je jouw eigen loonpakket samen.
