Klantinzicht: je detecteert klantbehoeften via onderzoek (focusgroepen, interviews, surveys, data-analyse) en vertaalt deze naar een customer journey die de basis vormt voor strategie, roadmap en backlog. Marktanalyse: je analyseert markttrends, opportuniteiten en concurrentie en gebruikt deze analyses als input voor de productstrategie en roadmap. Productstrategie & Roadmap: je vertaalt marktinzichten en klantbehoeften, binnen de overkoepelende visie, in een high-level roadmap. Je onderbouwt deze met business cases. De Business Product Owner is verantwoordelijk voor de detailplanning in sprints. Go-to-Market Strategie: je werkt met de interne en externe stakeholders aan de marktvereisten en go-to-market strategie, en zorgt voor duidelijke marktverwachtingen voor de Business Product Owner en ICT. Marktintroductie: je coördineert de tijdige en budgettaire marktintroductie van de roadmap. Productlancering & Promotie: je lanceert nieuwe producten succesvol en promoot bestaande producten actief, in samenwerking met marketing, sales en kantoren (7 P's). Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring . 3-5 jaren ervaring met product management . Strategisch inzicht, marketingkennis en affiniteit met technologie. Aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden van complexe trajecten (helicopterview, structuur, sturing). Overtuigingskracht , doorzettingsvermogen, onderhandelingstechnieken en presentatievaardigheden. Complexe zaken begrijpelijk maken en vlot samenwerken met diverse stakeholders . Plus: product managementervaring in payroll/HR, B2B-marketing, pricing, bekendheid met agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Hier ben jij onze grootste troef. Je krijgt de ruimte om op jouw unieke manier je stempel te drukken in hr. En dat in een team waar iedereen er 100% samen voor gaat. Uiteraard kan je op heel wat meer rekenen: Dankzij gerichte opleidingen kan je groeien in je job en investeren we samen in je professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je krijgt een contract van onbepaalde duur (37,5u) met flexibele werkuren en 40 betaalde verlof- en feestdagen (waarvan 29 vrij te kiezen). Een gsm, met gsm-abonnement en een bedrijfswagen met laadpas behoren ook tot jouw pakket. Je ontvangt een netto thuiswerkvergoeding van 122,88 €/maand. Daarnaast krijg je maaltijdcheques van €8/dag, ecocheques van €205 en cadeaucheques van €40 op jaarbasis. We bieden jou een uitgebreid verzekeringspakket: een hospitalisatieverzekering (uitbreidbaar naar gezinsleden) en een groepsverzekering (pensioenspaarplan, overlijdensdekking en verzekering gewaarborgd inkomen bij langdurige ziekte). Via ons cafetariaplan stel je jouw eigen loonpakket samen.
