Het Customer Happiness team bij Rentio is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Customer Support Specialist die de extra (s)mile gaat om klanten en huurders snel en efficiënt te helpen bij het gebruik van ons platform.

Rentio biedt met haar platform een totaaloplossing voor vastgoedmakelaars en patrimoniumvennootschappen die vastgoed verhuren en beheren: van kandidaat huurders die online solliciteren, up-to-date contracten, digitaal tekenen van contracten, makkelijk huurgelden innen en opvolgen tot automatisch indexeren en taakbeheer.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het administratief takenpakket van Rentio Move. Naast het Nederlands, kan je ook goed je plan trekken in het Frans en het Engels
Feedback van klanten over features en bugs weet je om te zetten in advies richting het product en development team
Bachelor/master denkniveau

We zijn een klein team met tientallen jaren ervaring in de vastgoedsector en de ontwikkeling van applicaties. We zijn een snelgroeiende startup en je hebt de mogelijkheid te leren en mee te groeien met Rentio.
