Deze gespecialiseerde Data & AI-afdeling ondersteunt bedrijven bij de meest uiteenlopende data- en AI-uitdagingen. Met een team van meer dan 70 experts combineren ze strategie, technologie en sectorinzicht. Projecten bestrijken bij hen het volledige spectrum: van strategische advies tot hands-on implementatie, met een sterke focus op change management om duurzame impact te realiseren.
In de rol van AI Director ben je een strategische gesprekspartner voor C-level profielen en overtuig je hen van de meerwaarde van AI-oplossingen. Je identificeert concrete opportuniteiten en vertaalt deze naar heldere strategieën en tastbare oplossingen. Als centrale figuur stimuleer je groei binnen diverse sectoren door AI-mogelijkheden om te zetten in echte business value. Je krijgt de kans om een significante impact te maken, onder andere binnen Financial Services.
Tijdens dergelijke AI-transformatietrajecten werk je samen met multidisciplinaire teams en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor zowel de oplevering van AI-oplossingen als de supervisie van jouw projectteams. Ervaring binnen financial services: Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands, Frans als het Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
Deze functie biedt een duidelijk carrièreperspectief: je start als AI Director met een duidelijk vooruitzicht om op korte termijn door te groeien naar Partner. In die rol neem je een sleutelpositie in bij het verder uitbouwen van de Data & AI-praktijk en het bepalen van de strategische koers van de organisatie.
