Purpose of the positio

n Within Brussels Airlines' Maintenance & Engineering department, the Application Expert will report to the Manager of Application Management and play a key role in managing and improving core technical software applications in the CAMO and Part 145 environment

Main tasks and responsibiliti

  • es Administering, supporting, and continuously enhancing technical applications (e.g., AMOS, Crossmos eTLB, flydocs DMS, Aviatar, SP Expert) and mobile devices to ensure optimal performance and user satisfacti
  • on.Acting as the primary contact for stable support and change requests, expanding the value of the digital ecosystem through software experti
  • se.Contributing to the AMOS Competence Center (ACC) to optimize application performance and user experien
  • ce.This position requires a proactive professional dedicated to driving application performance, user satisfaction, and the overall effectiveness of the digital ecosyst
  • em.Ensure optimal performance of core Maintenance & Engineering software (CAMO and Part 145), serving as the primary user conta
  • ct.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, implement new functionalities, conduct unit testing, and manage integrations/interfac
  • es.Create and maintain reports, widgets, and forms; monitor system performance; and collaborate with IT and suppliers on server manageme

  • es.Coordinate user acceptance testing and configuration implementation for new releases and updat
