As part of our growth, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in the banking sector .
This role targets professionals with experience in banking or financial environments, capable of understanding industry challenges, regulatory constraints, and specific business processes.
As an IT Business Analyst , you will be responsible for identifying business needs, translating them into functional solutions, and supporting their implementation while ensuring alignment between business processes and organizational objectives.
Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications for IT teams
Performing gap analysis between existing (as-is) and target (to-be) processes
Defining the testing strategy and overseeing test phases
Adapting to complex and regulated client environments, particularly within the banking sector
Proven experience in business analysis or process analysis
Strong knowledge of the banking sector (as investment, transactional fraud, cards, payments, KYC, etc.)
Ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Structured, creative, and pragmatic mindset
Proficiency in French and English; Dutch is an asset
Experience with business process modelling tools (Aris, Visio, Camunda, UML…)
One or more interviews with a Business Manager
