ACENSI Belgium recherche pour l'un de ses clients un IT Technical Lead.Net.
**Objectifs du poste**
Le Technical Lead sera responsable de l'analyse technique et de la documentation. Il/elle supportera les développeurs back-end, et sera en contact avec plusieurs divisions, et doit être capable de challenger les exigences, l'architecture fonctionnelle ou tout membre de l'équipe qui est en contact étroit avec le code final.
Votre mission sera de:
- Rédiger et valider des solutions en collaboration avec les collègues du Business et les Architectes, en agissant comme SPOC pour les développeurs de l'équipe et en validant une fois développé.
- Conception : concevoir des solutions techniques basées sur les besoins du business et les livrables des architectes.
- Fournir des estimations de haut niveau pendant la phase de préparation du projet.
- Collaborer : collaborer avec les développeurs (seniors) et les analystes fonctionnels pour traduire la vue fonctionnelle en une vue technique appropriée et compréhensible pour les développeurs.
- Coordonner : coordonner le développement de la solution avec le développeur.
- Communiquer : communiquer l'état d'avancement du travail au chef de projet / chef d'équipe.
- Suivi : aider les développeurs à comprendre le travail à effectuer et les guider tout au long du processus de développement.
- Développer : développer pendant 50% du temps les user stories les plus difficiles du backlog d'un sprint.
- Support : soutenir l'équipe pendant les tests d'acceptation par les utilisateurs.
- Garantir : garantir la qualité globale à long terme du domaine applicatif en prenant systématiquement en compte : la stabilité, l'évolutivité, la traçabilité, la flexibilité, la maintenabilité, la performance.
- Former : former les jeunes professionnels et les experts non.Net de l'équipe, afin qu'ils puissent répondre à des exigences, des problèmes, etc. plus complexes.
**Votre profil**
1) Expérience/Compétences techniques
- Connaissance des principes de l'orientation objet
- Expert en architecture technique back-end et en frameworks (ASP.NET/WEB API / Entity Framework)
- Connaissances approfondies en.Net Core
- SQL
2) Compétences fonctionnelles
- Capacité à recueillir des exigences fonctionnelles et à rédiger des conceptions fonctionnelles.
- Capable de planifier et d'organiser des ateliers fonctionnels
- Familiarisé avec la méthodologie de projet agile et scrum.
3) Langues
- Anglais courant
- Le néerlandais et le français seraient un plus
