Description
**Wat wij van jou verwachten**:
- Als client advisor in het sociaal verzekeringsfonds voor zelfstandigen profileer je jou als specialist van het zelfstandigen statuut
- Je beheert autonoom onze klantendossiers
- Je staat in voor de berekening van de bijdragen en voor alle verrichtingen met betrekking tot de effectieve betaling en inning ervan
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt van onze klanten voor het beantwoorden van vragen en het geven van informatie, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
- In het kader van uw dossierbeheer onderhoud je regelmatige contacten met de zelfstandigen en ook met de partners (boekhouders, RVA, ), de overheid (Federale Openbare Diensten, RSVZ, )
- Je beheert de databank van de dienst en registreert de nieuwe informatie. Tenslotte draag je bij tot een bestendige optimalisatie van de werkprocedures van de cel en van het team
**Jouw competenties**:
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor/graduaat (administratie, boekhouding, recht, HR,...)
- Je hebt zin voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid
- Je streven naar organisatie is in evenwicht met je analytische geest en je standvastigheid.
- Je integreert moeiteloos in een team waarin je probleemloos functioneert.
- Je bent klantvriendelijk en jouw kennis van de sociale wetgeving is een pluspunt.
- Werken met de computer heeft voor jou geen geheimen meer en je communiceert vloeiend in gesproken en geschreven woord.
- Je kunt stress beheren in piekmomenten.
