**Functieomschrijving**:
- Het **behandelen en opvolgen** van de gezinnen in je portefeuille. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen tijdig krijgt waar die recht op heeft.
- Het **adviseren** van de gezinnen: dit kan zowel telefonisch, per mail, op een digitale manier (o.a. via Teams) als via het loket gebeuren. Jouw klanten sluiten elk gesprek af met een glimlach.
- Het verdiepen in de **wetgeving**. Om de vragen rond het Groeipakket zo correct mogelijk te beantwoorden streef je naar een steeds up-to-date kennis hiervan.
- Je team kan op je rekenen: je bent niet enkel verantwoordelijke voor jouw eigen klantenportefeuille, maar staat ook **collega’s** bij waar nodig.
**Functie vereisten**:
- Problemen en vragen oplossen van klanten geeft jou energie. Daarnaast werp je graag een analytische blik op de wetgeving.
- Verschillende PC toepassingen heb je snel onder de knie.
- Je kan je perfect uitdrukken in het Nederlands en durft jouw Franse en Engelse talenkennis te gebruiken om klanten nog beter te helpen.
**Vergoedingen**:
Bij Infino **durven wij samen te groeien**. Daarom wordt er geïnvesteerd in jouw professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Daarbovenop mag je het volgende verwachting:
- Je werkt vanuit het Infino kantoor te Leuven. Na de inwerkperiode mag je geregeld van **thuis werken**. Dit wordt vergoed met een forfaitaire thuiswerkvergoeding van €80 euro/maand.
- Het loon bespreken we graag in een persoonlijk gesprek. Dit wordt alvast aangevuld met tal van extralegale voordelen zoals **maaltijd
- en ecocheques, hospitalisatie
- en groepsverzekering, cadeaucheques, flexibele werktijden en een cafetariaplan**.
- Een vast contract van onbepaalde duur (38u) met **flexibele werkuren**. Bovenop jouw wettelijk verlof heb je maar liefst **12 verlofdagen extra**. Deze worden in samenspraak met je collega’s vrij ingepland, dit kan ook per uur opgenomen worden.
**Bedrijfsinformatie**:
Infino, groeit **samen** met gezinnen. Infino, groeipakket heet iedereen welkom. En met "iedereen" bedoelen we natuurlijk in de eerste plaats de kinderen. Daarnaast willen we ook zoveel mogelijk, de ouders, een steuntje in de rug geven. Met een vlotte en stipte uitbetaling van het groeipakket (het vroegere kinderbijslag) en andere toelagen, maar ook met onze **jarenlange expertise** en onze **levenservaring**.
