**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Reporting to Country Managing Director, the Sales Manager BTB is responsible for the net revenue of 35 mln € in the Belgian and Luxemburg market. The Sales Manager will inspire and support the sales team to reach the yearly Net Revenue objectives. We are looking for someone with International commercial experience and an entrepreneurial mindset. In this role, you will directly impact our organization's future.
**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Define a three-year sales strategy for the channels in scope.
- Yearly set up of a sales plan for the following channels in bricks: private pharmacies, wholesalers, hospitals, and elderly homes. Expected Revenue 35 mln €.
- Accountable for the perfect execution of the yearly sales plan.
- Perform yearly negotiations for hospitals, wholesalers, elderly homes, and optimize private pharmacy targeting, rebate & bonus model.
- Manage, inspire and coach a team of +/- 15 FTE, with 3 direct reports.
- Collaborate with Sales manager BTC (responsible for E-com para-pharmacy and KA pharmacies), Marketing, Finance and Regulatory departments.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reporting, analysis+ conclusions, and converting into short term and midterm action steps.
- Part of the Belux management leadership team, reporting to GM.

**EXPERIENCE PROFILE**
- Master's or Bachelor's degree level.
- Over 10-15 years of sales/commercial experience in the industry, and preferably being part of an international group.
- Proven track record of successful sales management, including managing teams for mínimal 5 years.
- Excellent knowledge of and relationship with Belgian and Luxemburg Pharma Retail trade partners.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Knowledge of the health care or pharmaceutical industry.
- Good Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skills.
