**_Functieomschrijving_**
Op dit moment zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde **Technical Procurement Specialist** om de afdeling onderdelen van onze klant in Tessenderlo te versterken. In deze boeiende en veelzijdige baan heb je veel afwisseling.
- Je volgt bestaande leveranciers op en vergelijkt nieuwe leveranciers om het beste aanbod op nieuwe producten te krijgen
- Je volgt alle openstaande inkooporders op en treedt op bij verlopen vervaldatum.
- Je volgt voorraadbreuken op samen met inventarisplanning en je definieert onmiddellijke acties om nieuwe artikelen te sourcen.
- Je analyseert onderdelenhandleidingen, onderdelenbulletins, servicebulletins en definieert benodigde onderdelen voor inventarisatie.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het sourcen van nieuwe leveranciers op de markt.
- Je beheert noodsituaties door contact op te nemen met alternatieve bevoorradingsbronnen.
- Je assisteert bij inkoopgerelateerde administratieve taken.
- Je meldt afwijkingen/schades aan leveranciers.

- Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring in technische inkoop, forecasting en/of planning.
- Je hebt een technische achtergrond of ervaring in een technische aankoopomgeving (motoren, elektronica).
- Je bent een Excel-expert (draaitabellen, V-lookup)
- Je bent proactief, neemt eigenaarschap en ziet graag het grote geheel.
- Je neemt graag initiatief, beschikt over goede communicatieve en rapporterende vaardigheden en kan zelfstandig werken.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
