Detailed Scheduler

We are looking for a **Detailed Scheduler** to join us in our **Internal Manufacturing** organization based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

**About the role**:
The position is based in the UCB offices at the Braine-l’Alleud campus.

A a **Detailed Scheduler**, you will be responsible for ensuring proper planning and coordination of a production schedule.

Your primary focus will be on organizing and optimizing production processes to meet deadlines, minimize costs, and efficiently utilize available resources. According to your production planning you ensure the releasing with our QA and QC partners

**What you will do**:

- **
Planning and Coordination**:

- You will create and maintain detailed production schedules.
- You will coordinate with various departments (such as production, inventory, and purchasing) to ensure seamless workflow.
- You will develop production plans in collaboration with the management team.
- **
Resource Management**:

- You will efficiently allocate resources (including materials, equipment, and personnel) to meet production goals.
- You will pre-organize production materials before the start of production.
- You will monitor inventory levels to prevent material shortages and production delays.
- **
Timely Deliveries**:

- You will supervise schedules and workflow to ensure timely delivery of products.
- You will monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- You will prioritize customer due-dates and ensure orders are delivered promptly.
- **
Problem-Solving and Process Improvement**:

- You will identify production issues and address them promptly.
- You will collaborate with teams to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
- You will use software tools to generate reports and optimize scheduling.
- **
Meeting Deadlines**:

- You will ensure that company deadlines are met by adhering to production schedules.
- You will maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
- **
Maintain SAP up to date**:

- You will ensure the cleaning of MRP Element late
- You will be in charge of the creation and Update Production version production.
- **
Business continuity**:

- You will collaborate with our QA and QC partner to ensure Releasing on time of our Products

**For this position you’ll need the following **education, experience** and **skills**:

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or have an equivalent experience
- You are APICS certified (CPIM - Module 1)
- You have 2 years minimum of experience in Supply Chain with past proved experience in Planning activities
- You are experienced in SAP & OMP+ or demonstrated capability to adopt ERP systems in place.
- Background in pharma Operations is a plus
- You have an analytical mindset, KPI and Result Driven
- You can demonstrated Planning management capabilities
- You have the ability to learn fast within a complex environment
- You are rigorous person, able to go from High view to very detailed view
- You have the ability to influence others at all level of the organization
- You are capable of challenging ideas and providing Feedback in a constructive way
- You are a strong Team Player
