We are looking for a Senior Production and Supply scheduler who is motivated, organized, and communicative to join our Biomanufacturing Logistics and Supply team, based at our UCB campus in Braine-l'Alleud, Brabant Wallon, Belgium.
About the role The Senior Production and Supply scheduler plays a crucial role in implementing, setting up, and monitoring a detailed production and supply planning. You will be responsible for integrating support activities and technical interventions, ensuring daily tracking and updating of the planning and associated tools.
Who you will work with You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with key users, production teams, process engineers, as well as various support services such as maintenance, validation, analytical laboratories, and the engineering office.
What you will do
- Establish, follow, and update a detailed production plan daily.
- Integrate technical interventions and plan technical shutdowns.
- Coordinate the supply chain for the necessary production materials.
- Incorporate equipment cleaning and associated samplings into the planning.
- Manage coordination meetings with key users.
- Work closely with process teams, process engineers, logistics managers, QC Managers, and the quality assurance department.
- Prepare for upcoming production campaigns and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills
- Engineer or Master's degree in a relevant field (chemistry, pharmacy, biology, bio-engineering, process engineering ).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical device, food industry, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Project and knowledge of GMP are a plus.
- Good skills in planning, prioritization, and organization.
- Excellent communication in French and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and the MS Office pack.
- Problem-solving oriented and team spirit.
