**We are looking for a Clinical Supply Planner who is strategic, organized, and collaborative to join our Clinical Supply Chain team, based at our UCB campus in Brussels, Belgium.**
**About the Role**
You will be responsible for demand, supply, and distribution planning, inventory management, and customer service levels for Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP) in the clinical studies assigned to you. You will develop and adapt IMP supply strategies, ensuring that products are available to patients on time and in full while optimizing supply chain costs.
**Who You Will Work With**
You will collaborate closely with internal teams like Clinical Supply Chain, as well as external partners, including site managers and Interactive Response Technology (IRT) providers. You will be a key player within the clinical study teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient management throughout the duration of the trials.
**What You Will Do**
- You will manage demand and supply planning to ensure IMP availability.
- You will be responsible for monitoring and adjusting distribution plans throughout the studies.
- You will coordinate production and distribution activities with internal and external sites.
- You will manage study supply chain KPIs and ensure consistency of records.
- You will lead initiatives to improve the clinical supply chain.
**Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in demand, supply, and distribution planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- APICS-CPIM certification preferred.
- Skills in augmented analytics and budget management for clinical studies.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and solve problems with a strong sense of urgency.
