Bij Claims Non-Life zorgen we ervoor dat elk schadegeval met evenveel zorg en empathie wordt afgehandeld. We streven ernaar onze klanten een geweldige klantenervaring te bieden, terwijl we intern de (kosten)efficiëntie scherp in de gaten houden. Daarvoor roepen we de hulp in van de collega’s van **Process & Strategy Claims Non-Life**. Om dat team te versterken, zoeken we een **Process Officer**.
- Hoe kunnen we onze **schadebeheersprocessen** verder verbeteren? Dat is voor jou dé vraag. Je analyseert onze processen, bepaalt waar het beter kan en stelt oplossingen voor.
- Natuurlijk doe je dat niet vanuit je hoekje. Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele diensten en brengt hun **verwachtingen en behoeften** in kaart.
- Je volgt ook de nieuwste trends op de voet en **onderzoekt innovatieve oplossingen **om onze manier van werken te verbeteren. Uiteraard kijk je naar het volledige plaatje en weeg je voor
- en nadelen af.
- Zie je verbeterpotentieel? Dan ga je ervoor Je stelt je oplossing voor aan alle betrokken partijen. Je spreekt niet alleen de taal van de operationele diensten maar ook van andere diensten zoals Marketing en de ICT-diensten en je bent een **spilfiguur in hun samenwerking**.
- Krijg je de go, dan **leid je het verbeteringsproject** of bied je **ondersteuning aan projectmanagers** bij de realisatie ervan.
- Je **begeleid de operationele diensten** tenslotte bij de toepassing van het nieuwe proces.
- Zo ben je bij **projecten** betrokken **van A tot Z**: van de analysefase tot en met de uiteindelijke oplevering.

- Je had het al door: in deze functie komt jouw **analytische geest** helemaal aan zijn trekken.
