**Salary package**

Your salary is of course an important part of your job. At our company you will receive a competitive wage, and any communication about this is transparent. Men earn the same as women at our company and our wage ratio is 1 to 6. That means that the highest wage is a maximum of six times higher than the lowest wage. We are proud that we have been able to achieve and maintain this in our sector.

**Process Analyst (32 - 40 hours/week)**

**Take action**

Your main responsibilities include:

- Understand and document processes to make them available to the entire organisation. Ensure that process maps are in line with a set of guidelines and standards.
- Analyse business processes, procedures, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop methods and processes to address them. Drive improvement where possible.
- Collate and analyse data on the processes using different tools, methods, and formats.
- Support the maintenance and implementation of the Process Management Framework.
- Develop and deliver process management training sessions.

You will be part of the international Process Management & Continuous Improvement team, which consists about 15 people and report into the Head of Process Management & Continuous Improvement.

You can easily switch from the bigger picture to detailed topics. You are a good communicator and can work together with a variety of people. You are result driven and able to create momentum as well as work effectively in an international setting.

**This is complemented by**:

- Strong connection with the values and mission of Triodos Bank
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in Process management and/or Continuous Improvement.
- Practical knowledge of tools and methodologies such as Lean, BPMN and/or Agile
- A completed higher/academic education (or demonstrable working and thinking level).
- Knowledgeable regarding process management tooling and internal control systems.
- A good command of Dutch, French and English
