**Description de la fonction**
Sur base des documents d'analyse, vous prenez en charge l'écriture de scénarios de tests (tests d'acceptance), leur exécution et le reporting relatif aux résultats obtenus.
Vous êtes le point de contact, pour les clients, pour toutes les questions et demandes d'informations.
Vous écrivez et revoyez régulièrement les procédures pour les différentes tâches opérationnelles effectuées dans l'équipe.
Vous assurez un reporting vers la hiérarchie pour les domaines qui vous concernent.
Vous offrez un support au Team Leader afin de garantir un bon people management au sein de l'équipe.
**Profil**
Vous disposez d'un diplôme de Bachelier et faites valoir quelques années d'expérience en gestion de processus ou dans une fonction similaire. Vous êtes familiarisé avec des processus administratifs complexes.
Vos capacités de communication, votre sens des responsabilités et votre orientation client vous permettront de réussir dans cette fonction.
Des logiciels comme MS Office et Windows n’ont plus de secrets pour vous.
Vous vous exprimez couramment en français et en néerlandais.
