**E-Commerce Manager**:

**Jouw rol**:

- Als E-commerce Manager draag je bij aan het bouwen en versterken van onze e-commerce propositie.
- Maandelijks komen er miljoenen bezoekers langs op ah.be. Dat gaat niet vanzelf, daar spelen de effectieve en innovatieve online mediacampagnes een belangrijke rol in. Jij werkt mee in multidisciplinaire teams en bepaalt hoe het beschikbare budget besteed wordt. Dit is een marketingfunctie die niet alleen om het generen van clicks en conversie draait, maar waar de digital branding van het merk Albert Heijn minstens even belangrijk is.
- Je maakt de e-com marketingplannen en zorgt voor een goede uitvoering.
- Je zorgt voor effectieve en waar nodig spraakmakende campagne invulling.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het e-com marketingbudget
- Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke van Marketing in België.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Minimaal een afgeronde bacheloropleiding op een relevant vakgebied (Marketing/Communicatie/Retail), werkervaring binnen e-commerce is een plus.
- Je weet wat er speelt en bent in staat om vanuit klantinzichten en klantreizen campagnes te initiëren, te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren.
- Je hebt een zelf startende mind-set: je ziet kansen en weet kansen om te zetten in concrete plannen.
- Je beschikt over een flexibele werkhouding en bent stressbestendig.
- Strategisch, tactisch en operationeel ingesteld - met andere woorden een denker én een doener
