**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Do you want to be part of an international team, leading global companies into the digital future and engage in the new technologies of tomorrow? Play an integral role in the Business Service Team of BCG Platinion, part of the Boston Consulting Group, and contribute scientifically to the company's success.

Support us as Marketing Coordinator (M/F/d) at one of our locations in Central Europe (Amsterdam, Cologne, Munich, Frankfurt) in positioning our brand as an attractive employer and communicating our digital service portfolio across Europe. This position is initially limited to 15 months with the option of permanent employment.

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
**Shape the world of tomorrow**
- You design marketing concepts together with the team and execute these with clear KPI’s
- You are responsible for various projects with a strong focus on employer branding and branding, from kick-off to follow-up, on a national, European, or even global level within the framework of internal and external communications
- You will oversee all employer branding activities for EMESA, including the design of our campaigns, external profiles, and communities as well as the career website, and will ensure the continuous development of external brand perception
- You develop and run with video productions, photo productions, target group studies as well as (digital) event planning, among others
- You ensure that our brand is presented consistently, first-class and in accordance with our brand guidelines.
- You are also the first point of contact (M/F/d) for our alumni network and advertising materials / merchandise
- You manage and supervise different agencies with which we closely collaborate
- You also take on related administrative tasks for recruiting and branding.

- _ You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on marketing, communications, digital media or in a comparable _field._
- _ You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the marketing environment_
- _ 360° marketing communication is not a foreign world to you_
- _ As a team player (M/F/d), you never lose sight of the team's overall goal and always inspire us with your creativity, commitment, and dedication._
- _ You enjoy and have experience in the implementation of international projects and communicate convincingly and fluently in written and spoken German and English._
- _ You have agile mindset and analytical thinking is among your strengths_
- _ You are proactive in staying up to date with current digital and employer branding trends._
- _ Ideally, you have knowledge of the consulting industry as well as an affinity for digitalization and technology topics_
