Onze klant, een bedrijf actief in de vastgoedsector, is op zoek naar een Marketing Coördinator. Hun doel is om een gevarieerde vastgoedportefeuille op een optimale en duurzame manier te beheren, binnen een stimulerende werkomgeving waar collega's hun bijdrage echt waarderen. Als je deze ambitie wilt helpen verwezenlijken en je vastgoedvaardigheden wilt toepassen, met name in het beheer van winkelcentra, en als je op zoek bent naar een dynamisch team dat je professionele ontwikkeling stimuleert, dan zou dit de kans voor jou kunnen zijn.
**Description**
- Van A tot Z ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, uitvoering en planning van alle aspecten van marketing binnen het winkelcentrum. In lijn met het goedgekeurde marketingplan;
- Initieer en organiseer je promotionele activiteiten in het winkelcentrum, waarbij je binnen het budget blijft;
- Je bepaalt uiteraard de thema's en activiteiten van de campagnes, in overleg met de Senior Marketing Manager. Ook het benaderen en selecteren van leveranciers behoort tot je taken;
- Je durft creatieve en innovatieve initiatieven voor te stellen die voldoen aan de gestelde doelen, rekening houdend met de resultaten van het voorgaande jaar voor het jaarlijkse marketingplan;
- Je neemt deel aan het ontwerp en de productie van marketingmateriaal of schrijft een debriefingsrapport voor elke georganiseerde operatie;
- Je bent uiteraard aanwezig bij de presentatie van het marketingplan ter goedkeuring door het management en vervolgens door de ondernemersvereniging;
- Je ontwikkelt digitale communicatiecampagnes, houdt het digitale communicatiemateriaal up-to-date en communiceert proactief met bezoekers, in samenwerking met de communicatiebureaus en de Digital & Marketing Coordinator;
- Als communicator beheer je de goede werking van en relaties met de handelsvereniging en haar bestuur, organiseer en leid je vergaderingen (agenda, presentatie, notulen, enz.) en de algemene vergadering (agenda, presentatie, notulen, enz.) en zorg je voor een voortdurend contact met de handelaars om een constructieve sfeer met hen op te bouwen en te behouden.
**Profile**
- Je vindt het leuk om creatief te zijn, initiatief te nemen en verschillende taken met gemak te combineren;
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma in marketing, communicatie of eventmanagement, enz. en 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een marketingfunctie;
- je hebt goede organisatorische vaardigheden en je vindt het leuk om evenementen en verschillende marketingprojecten te organiseren;
- Je bent vertrouwd met digitale technologie en hebt een goede kennis van sociale netwerken, applicaties, websites, enz;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans of Nederlands, met een zeer goede kennis van de andere taal;
- Je uitstekende kennis van Word, Excel en Outlook komt zeker van pas. Kennis van Sharepoint en SAP is zeker een pluspunt;
- Af en toe op zaterdag of zondag werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, gezien het leven in een winkelcentrum.
