Wij zijn op zoek naar een
**Project Coordinator Trainee (M/V/X)** om onze “Merchandising” & "Brand Activation"-afdeling te versterken en te ondersteunen.
Locatie : Brussel (Sint-Stevens-Woluwe)
Modaliteiten : Realisatie van een niet-betaalde stage onder een stageovereenkomst.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
In deze rol, rapporteer je aan onze Project Managers en als zodanig behoren de volgende zaken tot jouw takenpakket:
- Beheren van een optimale planning van activiteiten door het aanwerven en boeken (M/F/X) van Merchandisers, Animators/Demonstrators, Sales Promotors, enz.
- Uitvoeren van routings en de teams informeren over de bijzonderheden en specificiteiten van de acties.
- Fungeren als een "helpdesk" voor alle administratieve taken met betrekking tot de activiteiten.
- Door nauw in contact te staan met de logistieke partners, ga je zorgen voor het op tijd leveren van de nodige tools en materiaal aan de teams.
- Nieuwe acties, prioriteiten en alle andere eisen in het IT-systeem (CRM) implementeren.
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de wekelijkse opvolging en update van de KPI's, en het voorzien van field-activiteitenrapporten.
- Deelnemen aan klanten
- en andere operationele vergaderingen (briefings, field meetings, business review,...)
Kwalificaties & Aanbieding:
Als je over het onderstaande profiel beschikt, ben je van harte WELKOM:
- Je volgt een academische opleiding (bachelor/master) liefst in een Marketing
- of Commercieel-gerelateerde richting.
- Je zoekt een stage van min. 3 maanden (fulltime).
- Je hebt zowel mondelinge als schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Frans en in het Nederlands - Engels is een pluspunt.
- Jouw persoonlijkheid is voor ons van groot belang Je hebt een gevoel voor service en teamwork, uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, het vermogen om deadlines te halen en efficiënt te werken, en“last but not least”creativiteit en proactiviteit.
