**Nous cherchons quelqu’un pour**
- Relayer les consignes du Station Coordinator sur les quais afin d’assurer le bon déroulement du plan de transport de circulation des trains.
- Veiller au respect des procédures et consignes par les prestataires et remonter les éventuels dysfonctionnements au Station Coordinator afin d’assurer un service de qualité.
- Assurer le suivi des ressources nécessaires permettant de faire circuler un train (Train Manager, Train Driver et Personnel de restauration à bord) afin d’assurer une boucle de rattrapage au Station Coordinator.
- Suivre l’information voyageurs (annonces diffusées et affichage en gare) afin d’améliorer le parcours clients.
- Réaliser la préparation des trains afin d’assurer le départ commercial (Accroche/ décroche, visite de confort, mise en service de l’affichage des trains ) ou un départ au dépôt (Visite de rame, fermeture des portes et activation du boiter « prêt au départ »).
- Participer à l’accueil des clients, à la vérification des billets lors de l’embarquement afin d’offrir un accueil de qualité et éviter la fraude.
- S’assurer du respect des conditions de transport par les voyageurs pour garantir le confort à bord.
- Assister le Train Driver lorsqu’une rame doit se positionner sur une voie déjà occupée par un autre train.
- Veiller au respect du timing de la procédure d’expédition réalisée par les Train Manager afin de garantir la ponctualité au départ.
- Assurer le suivi du train en marche afin de garantir la sécurité des circulations.
- Adapter l’embarquement en situations perturbées dans le respect des consignes afin de réduire l’impact de ces situations pour la clientèle.
- Traiter les particularités opérationnelles avec les membres du personnel de bord afin de garantir un service de qualité.
- Participer à la prise en charge des clients lors des situations perturbées (transbordement, rupture de correspondance, distribution de coffrets repas) afin de d’améliorer leurs conditions de voyage.
- Indiquer au Station Coordinator les causes de retard et incidents de Sureté /Sécurité afin de permettre un reporting des dysfonctionnements.
- Assurer la prise en charge des clients retardataires afin de proposer une solution adaptée à la poursuite de leur voyage.
- Assurer la fonction de Station Coordinator en cas d’absence inopinée afin de permettre la continuité du service.

- Vous avez des très bonnes capacités d'analyse et vous êtes résistant au stress
- Vous arrivez à prioriser et à entreprendre des actions afin de proposer des solutions en situation de crise
- Vous êtes organisé et vous aimez travailler en équipe
- Vous avez des excellentes capacités de communication et vous êtes orienté client
- Vous maîtrisez le Français et vous avez un bon niveau en Néerlandais et en Anglais
