MARKETING COORDINATOR BENTLEY

Als Marketing Coördinator voor Bentley ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van marketing
- en communicatieactiviteiten binnen de toegewezen perimeter met het oog op de toepassing van de marketingstrategie bepaald door het merk en door de Marketing Manager van D'Ieteren Luxury Performance. Dit voor de concessies Bentley in Antwerpen, Brussel en Knokke.

Als Marketing Coordinator heb je volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

- Ontwikkelen van een actieplan binnen het eigen domein op basis van de marketing
- en communicatiestrategie van het merk teneinde te beantwoorden aan de verwachtingen van de interne en externe klanten van uw scope binnen D’Ieteren Luxury Performance.
- Een evenementen
- en budgetaire kalender ontwikkelen op basis van een vooraf bepaald budget dat overeenkomt met de doelstelling die moet worden bereikt in elke PNL binnen zijn bereik én toezien op de naleving van deze kalender.
- Uitwerken en bijwerken van marketing
- of communicatiemateriaal voor de concessies van de aangegeven perimeter.
- Voorbereiden, uitvoeren en opvolgen van de praktische en logistieke organisatie van evenementen, promoties of bezoeken teneinde het optimale verloop ervan te garanderen en zo het imago van de perimeter binnen D'Ieteren Luxury Performance te versterken.
- Opvolgen van de uitgevoerde werken via outsourcing van de content creation.
- Het ontwikkelen van digitale promotiecampagnes en het beheren van CRM-tools in het kader van de organisatie van een evenement of externe communicatie met klanten.
- Toezien op de naleving van de timing en het budget van de commerciële, communicatie
- en promotieactiviteiten teneinde de geplande acties efficiënt uit te voeren binnen de vooropgestelde termijn.
- Maandelijks contact onderhouden met de fabriek en rapporteren over geplande marketingacties om aan de merknormen te voldoen.
- Valideren, documenteren en implementeren van nieuwe werkprocessen en werkmethodieken binnen de eigen verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden om een efficiënte werking van de dienst en good practices te verzekeren voor de strategie van D’Ieteren Luxury Performance.

Als Marketing Coordinator rapporteer je aan de Marketing Manager van D’Ieteren Luxury Performance.

Jouw profiel:

- Ervaring in marketing en communicatie binnen een luxemerk (al dan niet in de auto-industrie)
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Familiair zijn met de luxe-industrie
- Gemakkelijk in de omgang en vertrouwd met evenementen en klanten.
- Een diploma in marketing en communicatie of gelijkwaardige ervaring in dit soort activiteiten.
- Flexibele werktijden (voor evenementen)
- Bereid zijn zich te verplaatsen naar de verschillende locaties in België (onder andere Antwerpen, Knokke, Brussel, Gent)
