123cdi is looking for a **Marketing Coordinator** to join a company located in close proximity of Liege. Our partner is a media plateform B2B and is active internationnally.
As a marketing coordinator, **you will work directly with the marketing analyst and will be in close collaboration with the sales team.**
The marketing coordinator is responsible to deliver the **right message** to the **right target **with the **right support** at the **right time**.
Your Target is to increase the audience, improve the understanding of this audience and identify the best ways to deliver what the audience yearn for.
**_Right Message_**
Write, record and create the right messages to promote the different initiatives, captivate the audience towards those and convert into action, using the following formats:
- Video
- Audio
- Text
- Pictures & Illustrations
- ...
- **Right Target**_
Spot, understand and connect with the audience interested by the different initiatives:
- Identification
- Segmentation
- Targeting
- Growth
- Enrichment
**_Right Support_**
Use the best channel among the different internal platforms used:
- Mailing
- Websites
- Social Media
- Publications
- Survey's
- SEO& SEA
- ....
As a marketing coordinator, your mission will also consist to:
- Be responsible for the cooperation between graphic and marketing third parties
- Participate of specific projects
- Come up with new suggestion to improve marketing efforts
- Take part in clients & stakeholder's meetings ton understand their needs
- Link with associations and expertise groups to develop synergies
- Maintain the coherence of the graphic charter
- Create media packs presentations designed for sales purposes
- Keep a close watch on what market of fleet and mobility are running
**PROFIL**
- At least 5 years experience in marketing function working with: Google Suite, mailling provider, social networks, third party providers
- Perfectly fluent in English.
- Team Player and decision maker
- Creative and down-to-earth
- Design good visual and create strong catchphrase
It's also an asset if you have:
- Good knowlegde of other langage as Franch, Dutch,...
- Graphic Design capabilities
- Previous experience in fleet & mobility sector
- Worked as a Team Manager
**OUR OFFER**

- Full-time 38h, monday to thursday: 8h30 -17h30 / friday 8h30-15h30.
