Binnen het departement Customer Information and Servicing is het team **Customer Management Systems and Referentials** in de eerste plaats verantwoordelijk voor de opslag, verbetering en het onderhoud van de gegevens van al onze klanten en tussenpersonen.
Daarnaast bestaat een belangrijk deel van de activiteiten ook uit het meewerken aan de ontwikkeling van onze klantenvisie van morgen:
- Centraliseren van alle beschikbare klanteninformatie en deze ter beschikking stellen van alle gebruikers en AG processen.
- Klantendata en -voorkeuren uniformiseren en centraal bewaren en beheren.
- Vervolledigen en verbeteren van de bestaande klantendata.
- Een platform aanbieden aan onze eindklanten om hun eigen gegevens en voorkeuren te bekijken en desgewenst aan te passen.
Om onze strategie hierrond verder uit te bouwen is het team **Customer Management Systems and Referentials** op zoek naar een **(junior) business analyst**
Het takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:
- Verzamelen, synthetiseren en modelleren van de concrete behoeftes van de verschillende departementen van AG Insurance rond klantenbeheer en klantenopvolging.
- Verder uitwerken van deze behoeftes in projecten in nauwe samenspraak met onze eindgebruikers en het IT-departement.
- Meehelpen aan de realisaties van deze behoeftes door het aansturen van de IT-teams, opstellen van testprogramma’s en deze uitvoeren, redigeren van handleidingen en opstellen en opvolgen van trainingen voor de eindgebruikers
- Communicatie rond de voortgang naar de verschillende stakeholders van het project.
- Initiatieven nemen om de kwaliteit van onze klantendata te verbeteren, te vervolledigen via data-analyse en het ontwikkelen van synergiën tussen het Data warehouse en de operationele systemen.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Je behaalde een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt ervaring met het analyseren en modelleren van business processen en het beschrijven van requirements voor applicaties.
- Je bent geïnteresseerd in de digitale evolutie en (binnen deze context) de evolutie van het klantenbeheer. Je wil het klantenbeheer verder helpen uitbouwen en werkt hier actief aan mee.
- Je bent leergierig, analytisch en creatief denken is een van je sterke punten.
- Je bent proactief, stressbestendig en een team-player die ook zelfstandig kan werken.
- Je hebt ervaring met Project Management.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de beide landstalen maar ook in het Engels trek je je behoorlijk uit de slag.
