Als Business Unit Manager International speel je een sleutelrol in het strategische, operationele en leidinggevende management van onze internationale activiteiten.

**Uw verantwoordelijkheden**:

- ** P&L Management**: Verantwoordelijk voor de P&L van de internationale business, het beheren van sales forecasts en marketing budgetten, het analyseren van maandelijkse sales en het verklaren van afwijkingen.
- ** Partnership Development**: Opzetten en onderhouden van lange termijn strategische en commerciële partnerschappen om klanttevredenheid en de ontwikkeling van de internationale business te garanderen.
- ** Opportunity Identification**: Onderzoeken en identificeren van nieuwe zakelijke kansen om de groei van het bedrijf te waarborgen.
- ** Marktanalyse**: Het beoordelen van marktpotentieel en het vertalen van analyses in concrete initiatieven in lijn met de bedrijfsstrategie.
- ** Verkoopdoelstellingen**: Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de doelstellingen voor de ontwikkeling van de verkooppijplijn en de omzetdoelstellingen.
- ** Verkoop
- en marketingplan**: Ontwikkelen en bewaken van het verkoop
- en marketingplan.
- ** Concurrentieanalyse**: Voortdurend verzamelen en analyseren van markt
- en concurrentiegegevens om te anticiperen op de behoeften van de consument en te zorgen voor een optimale positionering.
- ** Team Management**: Managen en ontwikkelen van het verkoopteam dat zich met deze activiteit bezighoudt.

**Uw profiel**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma met een commerciële of economische oriëntatie.
- Je hebt minstens 10 jaar succesvolle verkoopervaring in de retailsector.
- Je hebt uitstekende strategische, leidinggevende, analytische en operationele vaardigheden.
- Je bent een uitstekende communicator, pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht. Je bent in staat om te allen tijde een positieve houding te behouden
- Je hebt een analytische geest en oog voor detail.
- Je bent resoluut commercieel ingesteld en resultaatgericht.
- Je bent in staat om prioriteiten en tijd doeltreffend te beheren.
- Je spreekt perfect Frans en Engels en hebt een goede kennis van het Duits. Kennis van het Nederlands is een pluspunt.
