**About the job**: Our client is on the lookout for a
**Business Manager for Flanders**, aiming to strengthen their presence in the region and establish
**a thriving Business Unit**.
Your Mission:

- Collaborate with the founders to define the group strategy tailored for the Flemish market.
- Drive customer prospecting and enhance the group's presence.
- Identify, recruit, and lead future consultants.
- Oversee all aspects essential for seamless business operations, including client management and P&L management.

As your business unit takes off, your team will expand, led by one or more junior managers under your guidance. As the unit evolves, your role will transition from operational activities to strategic management, organizational development, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Flanders Business Unit.
- ️You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, business development, or a related technical field

You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
You have demonstrated success in client management, strategic planning, business growth, and team leadership
You are a confident self-starter with a strong business orientation
